1. College degree or above in nursing,

Job description:

Renai International Patient Center is actively seeking foreign doctors in several medical disciplines to provide primary and specialty medical care.

Requirements:

Graduate from an approved school or accredited college or university with a certificate in related field.
Currently hold a valid medical license to practice in China.
Competent in a variety of diagnostic and treatment techniques.
Good communication skills and excellent patient interaction.
Self motivated team player.
A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;

Customer service :

Job responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers, handle transactions and data bases.

Assist patients with previous consultation, appointment arrangement, interpretation and instructions during visit to a doctor.

Manage paperwork and talks with insurance companies.

Provide prompt and effective resolutions to patient concerns
Perform routine office work and support your colleagues.

Qualified candidates for this position will be exposed to entry level marketing and campaign development.

Requirements:

Secondary school diploma,
Medical education or work experience in related field.
Excellent customer service background.
Ability to motivate successful team behavior.
Proficient on Microsoft or Linux Applications.
Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a high energy environment

Languages:
Chinese – native speaker,
English – fluent (both spoken and written = at least 6th)
Second foreign language is a strong plus.
